Hello, I recently signed up for a GetResponse account with 8 days left on my free trial. However, my intention was to sign up as an affiliate. When I tried to do this two weeks ago, I encountered issues with the online form not accepting my URL that started with www. Now, after completing the form, I received a message stating that an email for verification was sent to either contactabamarketinghelp.com or [redacted], but I haven't received anything at either address for two days, thus my account remains unactivated. I'm unsure where I made a mistake and would appreciate your assistance. I am looking to generate an affiliate link to join the PWA program. Thank you, A.B.

Hello, my name is James Scanlan. About three months ago, I joined Partnering with Anthony, thinking it was a good idea, and I still believe it is. Currently, I am focusing on my full-time job, but in the future, I may explore PWA further. However, I need the Getresponse subscription I have with you to be cancelled promptly. I was not aware that it was initiated. My name may be listed as James K. Scanlan or Jim Scanlan. Thank you for helping me confirm the cancellation of my account. Thank you.

I am grateful to all the members of GetResponse. I recently requested a refund for a service I paid for but never used. Unfortunately, I do not remember the payment date. Your financial team offered to process the refund, requesting the card information I may have used. I provided two potential card numbers. If there's another way to identify the card I used in your system, please let me know. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you, GetResponse.

I do not believe I owe GetResponse directly but rather through a marketing agreement offering GetResponse resources to its users. I have reached out to the company multiple times to clarify that I am not interested in their services. However, today I received a bill from GetResponse for a one-year subscription which I do not plan on using. I am requesting that the payment be voided by the company. Thank you for your help.
