My Acer laptop, still under a 1-year warranty and only 6 months old, suddenly lost its cursor and became inoperable. I reached out to customer service at [redacted] on April 30, [redacted]. Despite their attempts, they couldn't restore the function. I received a case number, 163649USI, and was informed Acer would repair the laptop, with details on where to mail it to be emailed to me. The SNID # on my laptop is [redacted]4. I have diligently checked all my email folders, including spam, for the mailing instructions, but I have not received them. Attempts to reach the customer service number provided have been unsuccessful as it's disconnected. I kindly ask for assistance in finding out how Acer can repair my laptop covered under warranty. I kindly request that my post be removed from your site. Since posting, I have received scam emails and texts, which may just be a coincidence, but it has made me uncomfortable with having my personal information online. The post was regarding an issue with JoAnn Fabrics, and I have reached out to their customer service via a letter. I initially attempted to contact them through your website but faced challenges with a phone number that asked personal questions. I opted not to use GetHuman. I am trying to reach Green Dot Platinum Secured Card customer service to report that the new card they sent to me has been lost. I need to request a replacement and inquire about the activation process. The new card has not been activated yet, and when I call the card's number, it prompts me to enter the old card's numbers, which do not match anymore since it expires 06/20. I lost the new card before I could even activate it.

I am hoping Get Human can assist me in getting Xfinity to provide the full month of services I paid for. Is there a way for them to contact Xfinity customer service on my behalf? I won't be available to speak with them today but will be tomorrow. I would like to schedule a call for tomorrow at [redacted]. I paid $54 for a month of Xfinity on-demand, and my credit card statement confirms the payment. However, Xfinity has only provided three days of service. I have tried contacting them by phone, but I keep getting directed to a computer. Despite requesting a representative multiple times, I am unable to speak to an actual person. Thank you for your assistance, and I appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

I have been experiencing an issue with my PayPal account for several months now. Every time I log in, I see the message stating, "Your account access is temporarily limited." PayPal mentioned unauthorized activity on a linked card as the reason for this limitation. They requested certain information to restore full access. I attempted to confirm a card and proceed with verifying my identity, but each time I get an error message stating, "Sorry, we can't move forward. We couldn't verify your account." Despite trying to email or call for help, I have had no success. I am unsure why my account was limited and why I am unable to resolve the issue through their system.

I have been receiving unemployment compensation since November of last year as I am retired. In addition to that, I have had a part-time job for 11 years, earning $9.00 an hour. Usually, I work 28 hours every two weeks, which equals 14 hours per week. However, during the week of Memorial Day on Monday, May 25th, my job was closed for the holiday, and I mistakenly reported that I worked 28 hours when I only worked 24 hours. As a result, my unemployment compensation and stimulus payments have stopped. I have been trying to contact the unemployment office but have had no luck reaching them. I understand that they are overwhelmed with the current situation and fraud cases. I did not intend to provide incorrect information. It has been four weeks since my payments stopped, and I am at a loss for what to do next to correct this mistake. I have a letter stating that my unemployment will be extended until November. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On June 12, [redacted], I submitted my weekly unemployment claim. My $[redacted] payment was withheld because they claimed my paycheck exceeded what unemployment would have paid me. Despite this, I should have still been eligible for the $[redacted] CARES Act relief fund. Unfortunately, the unemployment office also kept that amount. I am confused as to why my payments keep getting held. I was terminated from my job recently for showing possible symptoms of coronavirus. Despite management's acknowledgment that unwell employees should stay home, I was let go without a clear reason. Other employees called in sick without providing doctor's notes yet weren't penalized. It seems unfair that some coworkers are still receiving unemployment benefits even though they are working full-time.

Mr. Christian Allen, I have been attempting to contact you for the past five days and have left multiple voicemails at the number [redacted] as instructed on your website, which states that is the preferred method of contact. However, all my calls go to voicemail with no response. 1) Are you currently operating from the office? 2) If so, why have my calls not been returned? 3) I tried calling the [redacted] number again today, and it still goes to voicemail without any answer. 4) How can customers reach you effectively if calls are not answered or returned as advised on your site? 5) I am questioning the legitimacy of your business due to this lack of response. Hello, I am reaching out to Shopify to have my storefront reinstated. On another note, while trying to contact Shopify through GetHuman, I had a creative idea. I plan to sell/give away masks and wanted to express my gratitude to GetHuman for their assistance. I would like to create masks with the phrase "GetHuman... It's about time" and offer GetHuman complimentary samples. My masks cover various themes including thanking first responders, supporting Black Lives Matter, and promoting unity. I believe "GetHuman... It's about time" would be a fitting slogan. The masks are being produced in the Philippines by workers from a COVID-affected community. I aim to donate a portion of profits to provide masks to those in need. Your organization is the first I am contacting about this concept, but I feel strongly that this slogan could resonate. Calling my phone provider Fidio turned into a frustrating experience. Navigating through the automated prompts led me to speak with Jack, who then directed me to verify my account through a confusing email process. Overall, the whole situation felt like a nightmare, with endless computerized prompts and no real human interaction. It seems like we've been conditioned to rely on technology over human contact, and I miss the simplicity of speaking directly to a person instead of getting lost in automated systems. I recently contacted Fidio, my phone provider, but the process was frustrating. I followed various prompts that led me to speak to Jack, where I had to verify my account and ended up in an email loop. The automated system's complexity makes it hard to reach a live person. Technology is meant to speed things up, but in the past, you either connected with a person or got a busy signal. I believe companies push us toward technology to limit human interaction. I returned both hats separately but placed them in one mailing envelope with only one return label. Despite you confirming receiving the package, credit was only given for one hat, and the sun hat has not been refunded. Please review my orders, one returned and one in progress, both hats were returned in the same package. Kindly issue a refund for the second hat, as I am dissatisfied with the shipping charges incurred both ways. Though I paid separate shipping fees for each hat when originally sent together, there was no offer to reduce shipping costs. I experienced a computer issue a while back that my friend helped me resolve. He recommended using the malwarebytes program for free. However, I am constantly being prompted to upgrade to the paid version, despite declining multiple times. Today, I was unexpectedly enrolled in a 14-day free trial without my consent. It's frustrating dealing with these tactics. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out for support or canceling the trial. I want to remove any programs from my computer related to this issue. It's disappointing dealing with companies like Microsoft and Apple. Hopefully, I can resolve this soon.

I received a Mastercard gift card from my employer, and I activated it by calling the number on the back. I made a purchase at Macy's online, but when I received the order, it was incorrect. I returned it at a Macy's store, where I was told the refund would go back to the card. After a week, when I checked my balance, an automated message directed me to call customer service at an [redacted] number. However, I've been unable to reach anyone through that number or the website. Can anyone offer assistance with this issue? Thank you.

I contacted Chime banking today to inquire about my missing unemployment payment. The representative mentioned I needed to update my information due to recent changes. He then instructed me to download Quick Support from the Play Store. After doing so, he transferred $[redacted] from my spending account to his. I immediately contacted Chime to report the incident. They provided me a link to file a claim online, but I encountered issues entering my report as they had my email address incorrect. They provided a spending account number and claim ID to track the issue. Despite my attempts, I couldn't speak to a live operator. I do not know the individual who took my money under the name Ryan J Parrish, and they repeatedly called from the number [redacted], which is now out of service. I am requesting Chime to reimburse the $[redacted] that was taken from my account.
