I signed up at a gym in Texas 6 months ago before moving to New York and have been struggling to cancel my membership. The owner advised me to leave a cancellation letter and key card at the office, but I continue to be charged each month. Despite my attempts to contact him, he ignores my calls. I recently called using a different number, and he rudely hung up on me. The gym won't accept certified mail, and I'm at a loss on how to officially cancel. Since I never received a copy of the contract, I am unsure of my legal rights. I fear disputing the charges may lead to collection actions affecting my credit score. Should I seek legal advice in New York to help resolve this issue?

I recently received an email from Apple showcasing movies and TV shows, but it didn't specify if any were free to watch. I reached out to an Apple agent for clarification through GetHuman, but the response was delayed. Eventually, I contacted Apple directly and got the information I needed. However, GetHuman followed up with emails asking if my issue was resolved, and I faced confusion on how to confirm it. I'd appreciate guidance on handling these follow-up messages. I am writing to file a complaint against Regal movie theater regarding an incident involving the manager, Mr. Ray. He displayed a rude attitude towards me when I mentioned contacting the corporate office. I informed him that I had received my ID card, but he failed to request a valid ID along with my social security card. He then waited until the following Friday to inform me that my ID had expired, despite having already checked it before making copies. This situation led me to believe I was going to be hired, only for him to accuse me of threatening him with contacting corporate and banning me from returning. I urgently need to file this complaint against the entire Regal movie theater as soon as possible. The behavior of not only Mr. Ray but the entire company's staff is highly unprofessional and deceitful.

I am having trouble accessing my USPS Informed Delivery account. I have been waiting for Get Human to contact them for three weeks. I receive over four emails per day from Get Human, asking me if I resolved my issue, when in reality, I have never been in contact with USPS. I am unsure of what Get Human does exactly. Furthermore, it seems like they have falsely reported that I resolved my problem. I will persist in asking Get Human for assistance, hoping that they will eventually contact USPS on my behalf at some point this year.

I remain unsatisfied with the outcome of my experience. I fell ill during my stay at Cumberland Falls in Asheville, NC. Despite multiple attempts to address my concerns through reviews, I have not received a response. I feel discriminated against following mistreatment from the innkeeper, Angela. From August 23rd to September 1st, I faced harassment. Angela threatened legal action against me, insulted me, and made derogatory comments about my service dog. I possess evidence of these interactions in the form of text messages. I am seeking a refund for the distress I have endured; failure to do so will result in a negative review and the cessation of my patronage. My visit was meant to coincide with my Aunt Marion's memorial, but instead, I encountered accessibility issues that were not disclosed in reviews. The challenging gravel path and absence of nearby unloading zones made the logistics arduous for a disabled individual like me. Angela's unkind conduct has been relentless since my departure, despite my peaceful intentions. My service dog, Emma, has been by my side for a decade and exhibits exemplary behavior. I implore for assistance not only for myself but also for other disabled individuals facing similar hardships. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I recently submitted a request to change a flight with the following details: original flight number AB7RYE under the name Helena Kerkhof. I booked this flight using the email address [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. I am looking to change my flight BACK from Gran Canaria to Dusseldorf International Airport on the 18th of October instead of the original destination of Eindhoven on the 20th of October. I initially contacted the support line at [redacted] and was advised to call [redacted] to speak with a line manager about changing the airport location. After confirming the availability of the new flight, I was supposed to be transferred to a line manager but unfortunately waited on hold for 40 minutes without success. It seems like I am facing difficulties getting this flight changed. I am experiencing ongoing issues with my multiple disabled Facebook accounts. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the problem by uploading my ID, I have encountered difficulties. Following these attempts, I started receiving a significant amount of spam mail. While Facebook has sent me several emails indicating that I can now access my accounts, the provided links and passwords have not been effective. Additionally, after re-uploading a photo as instructed, I have not received any further communication from Facebook. In an effort to address this matter directly, I visited the Facebook headquarters in Thailand last week and spoke with a helpful individual named Tham. I provided him with my business cards, ID, and emails to explain the situation. As my business activities are affected by this issue, I am eager for a resolution as it has been three weeks since my access was disrupted. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in this regard.

A few weeks ago, my Instagram account, @karina.yakim, got hacked, and the hacker scammed my followers. To confirm ownership, Instagram has "temporarily locked" my account and will only send the verification code to my linked email. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that Gmail account and can't prove my identity. I didn't update my email to the current one, leaving me locked out without any alternative contact methods. Despite seeking assistance for weeks without success, I have an important event approaching and urgently need access to my account. I'm hopeful that someone here can assist me in recovering my account.

My 9-year-old Facebook account got disabled by Facebook, and now my whole Facebook account is disabled too. I can't create a new account either. Please help me. I request the removal of this post immediately. In April [redacted], I contacted Sears regarding damage to my dishwasher. A repair technician suggested replacing it as the repair cost was high. I paid a $50 fee in cash, which I have a receipt for. Despite my proof of payment, Sears claimed nonpayment, leading to my account being sent to collections and negatively affecting my credit. I am having an issue with my Ceasars Casino Facebook game purchases. I bought coins three times, $25 each, totaling $75, but did not receive them. The game says to check the vault, but it does not open to provide my purchase. It mentioned giving me two refunds adding up to $50, but my bank account was still charged $75. There are no refunds shown in my bank account, and I really need to speak with someone urgently to ensure I get my money back. Thank you.

Yesterday, I bought a $50 Steam card from Walmart in Clay, NY. When I tried to use it, I found out the wallet code was incomplete. I returned to Walmart, but they refused to help me once I left the store. They wouldn't even provide me with a contact number. Since reaching the age of 65, I've experienced multiple large corporations and entities overcharging me and refusing to refund the excess amounts. For instance, BC/BS owes me $4,[redacted], Comcast owes me several thousand dollars, M&TBank owes me $[redacted], Radwyn Apts owes me $5,[redacted], and more. Despite my history as a proficient negotiator, I've been notably unsuccessful negotiating refunds after turning 65. I recently heard about Get Human Reps potentially providing negotiation services for a fee. Can anyone confirm this for me?

Dear GetHuman team, I am seeking your help as my Facebook account has been suspended for no reason. I am a normal mother of two with a 9-year-old son whose account was disabled, even though it had real information. Why doesn't Facebook take down fake accounts instead?
