Today, I tried using GetHuman Phone for the first time. After entering my phone number and clicking "Go," the system didn't respond. For a USPS callback, the estimated wait time was 12 minutes, but I've waited for 20 minutes with no call so far. I recommend two UI enhancements: - A confirmation message upon receiving the call-back request - Updating the UI every minute with the remaining estimated wait time until the call-back is initiated.

Dear GetHuman team, I recently had an experience with customer support and although the website provides good support, I am concerned about the visibility of support issues shared publicly. Please make my message regarding Roblox private and remove it from this link: [redacted]. I hope improvements can be made to the support system. I am curious if Roblox responds to emails and if they consider various types of inquiries for a faster response. I have noticed that general support responses can be slow, especially for urgent issues like errors. I tried to test if Roblox would respond promptly, even with less common topics. I hope they can assist those in need promptly. Concerns like errors preventing gameplay or issues with redeeming codes should be addressed confidentially. Can you please delete my messages sent to Roblox’s customer support, as I only used a test subject to gauge their responsiveness. Thank you for your understanding.

I placed an order for an Android 10-inch 4G-3G tablet for $97, which I never received. The post office initially stated that they couldn't deliver it because I wasn't home. After a couple of attempts visiting the post office, the tablet still hasn't turned up. They contacted me later, and I requested them to resend it to the sender with a $4 fee. I intended to use the tablet for taking notes to manage my daily finances. I kindly ask for a refund since I believe there's a record of my purchase. Also, I received a silver, small t-shirt instead of the white one I ordered, and I returned it but haven't received a refund for the $9. I would appreciate it if you can refund my money promptly so I can continue ordering necessary items from your store. Thank you.

I have been working diligently for months, but from the start, I noticed unauthorized deductions from my earnings. Despite providing evidence to rectify the situation, Handy mysteriously deletes our correspondences and alters my schedule. Recently, I began taking screenshots as proof, revealing that hundreds of dollars have been wrongfully withheld from me. Despite my efforts to communicate via email with evidence of my punctuality and completed work, Handy remains unresponsive. Additionally, I have evidence from customers supporting my claims, further indicating discrepancies in payment. The lack of a physical address or contact number for the company is making it challenging to address these concerns. This ongoing situation is affecting my ability to provide for my family, leading to financial strain, delayed bill payments, and inadequate meals. Facebook seems to be acting up again lately. I already reached out to the help center about the issue with saving when posting and editing a picture, specifically the blue save box. I managed to get it working earlier today, but then it stopped working again after some time. They mentioned they are addressing the problem, but it's uncertain how long it may take to resolve. I am writing to express my frustration about the banners appearing on Viacom-owned TV channels during the negotiations with DirecTV. As a regular viewer of the Daily Show, I find the banners disruptive as they obscure the content being discussed. I have decided to stop watching the show and have removed it from my DVR due to these interruptions. If Viacom chooses to use banners for negotiation purposes, I suggest placing them at the bottom of the screen like other companies do. This would be less intrusive and more respectful to viewers. I believe these banners may be causing annoyance to other viewers as well, rather than helping Viacom's cause.

After a week, I received a message asking to call a Zillow representative back, but they were not available despite me leaving two messages. Clicking on a link unintentionally caused my account to reset with a Zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted] when it was originally $[redacted],[redacted]. I feel upset. Zillow's email states they do not adjust Zestimates for individual homes. My recent kitchen and bathroom renovations totaled $20,[redacted], affecting my current Zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted]. I only wish for my Zestimate to be corrected back to $[redacted],[redacted]. It's frustrating how Zillow now purchases homes, and my Zestimate dropped by $15,[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted]. I simply want my account to reflect the correct information. Any advice?

UPS Tracking # 1Z57W07Y[redacted]. UPS has recurring issues with shipper/receiver information accuracy. It is challenging as they solely rely on the 18-digit tracking number to locate packages. It's crucial that they update their system to access shipping details using names, addresses, and phone numbers. When contacting other companies, multiple ways are available to look up accounts unrelated to the account number. It would greatly benefit UPS representatives to have a similar feature. Additionally, providing the original shipper's name when a third-party shipper is involved would prevent confusion for recipients. Despite waiting a week for a package, UPS redirected it to a local UPS store, without my consent, citing a request I never made. The delivery driver claimed an attempt to contact me but left no message or caller ID on May 9th. Packages are routinely left at my apartment building without requiring my presence or signature, as per my instructions. Despite numerous similar cases, UPS management seems unwilling to address these issues, creating frustration for both shippers and receivers like myself.

UPS mistakenly delivered my package to a UPS Access Point without my or the shipper's authorization. The tracking number is 1Z57W07Y[redacted]. The UPS Store in Cranford NJ is refusing to redirect the package to my home address. I have requested UPS to return the package to the shipper, NuCare Pharmacy in either NYC or Brooklyn. NuCare utilized a third-party shipper through Amazon. Despite expecting the package on May 9th, the driver did not deliver it, claiming he couldn't reach me. I have no caller ID or voicemail, so his claim is unfounded. Due to not having a car, I cannot reach the UPS Access Point. Even after three UPS employees assured me I would receive the package in Garwood NJ within the next day, I have yet to get it. It's unreliable to depend on UPS employees' promises when UPS Store Franchise owners refuse to cooperate with UPS requests.

I have a flight confirmation QIVN*U for a ticket I purchased on May 12 for a flight on June 14. I will be turning 75 on the day of the flight. Unfortunately, I am an elderly individual with low income and multiple medical issues. I had planned to celebrate my birthday with my nephew in CA, my only relative. However, I started feeling ill on the 8th due to my medical conditions such as Lung Fibrosis and Fibromyalgia, among others, and I had to cancel my flight out of concern for my health. I am hoping to receive a refund and can provide proof of my medical situation. I tried to contact customer service through the Get Human Phone line, but after waiting for 9 hours with no response, I had to give up and go to bed. I am still waiting for assistance and have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning. I urgently need help with my situation but prefer speaking to a live agent rather than a robot. I need assistance with cancelling an order I placed with Nectar Sleep on June 11th at 10 p.m. Eastern Time, which I tried to cancel on June 12th at 8 a.m. I spoke with Caleb from customer service, and despite the website stating a 3 to 5 business day processing time, I was told it was too late to cancel. The order is pending with Affirm financing. I want to cancel my Affirm account to prevent Nectar from receiving payment. The order number is [redacted] for Edward A. Fernandez, and the billing information needs to reflect the correct name. Nectar is insisting I have to be present to refuse delivery, even though it has not shipped yet. I have written repeatedly and received bizarre and unrelated responses that seemed like my messages were not read or understood. I emailed earlier but can't call due to hand injuries. Please ensure that my email to [redacted] will be read and replied to appropriately. The responses received were confusing as I clearly stated what I wanted GetHuman to do, which is to actively read and reply to my messages. I reached out for help, but the responses were even more puzzling, implying that I need to fix the problem, which is actually their responsibility. I am confused about the situation.

I'm wondering if GetHuman is accessible worldwide, or is it limited to the US or Canada? When I tried using the Free Call button, it only provided +1 as a prefix option, but I need to use +63 based on my country code. I'm looking to contact PayPal's support and bypass the long wait times while also avoiding expensive rates from calling a cell phone to a landline. Can you confirm if your service works globally? Expanding your services worldwide would be fantastic, considering how helpful your idea and product are!
