Arrange for a call-back ... I'm using GetHuman Phone for the first time. I entered my phone number, hit "Go" and then nothing happens. **My estimated wait for a callback for USPS was about ** minutes. I've been waiting ** minutes.**Is this normal? If so, I suggest a couple UI improvements:*** Provide a confirmation that the call-back request was received and I can expect a call** Update the UI with the estimated time remaining once per minute until a user gets a call-back
There is no confirmation a GetHuman Phone request was accepted, in-process, or anything.

Tried *-* more times to request a call-back. I still cannot tell if I can expect a call-back.**I have also tried waiting for a call-back for twice as long as the estimate I was given.
