Trying to get the money refunded for my return ... I posted a message on ******** at about *:** pm ET to blow out bedding, which I thought was going directly to them. I do not want it posted on the internet. I believe I deleted my post will you please confirm that I did?
They don't answer the phone
Refund my money within * week.
I am new and expect the company to refund my money when I return an item in a timely fashion. I also expect them to answer the phone at least one out of * times when I call during business hours.
