I received my personalized card but it will not activate they closed my account stating they didn't receive the verification documents but it said they were accepted my license is out of date but it is me I haven't been able to use my old card since I purchased it they closed my account when they received my documents I would like to be able to use my card or receive a full refund this has been going on a month now and I want my money ...
