I have an issue that requires your attention. To move forward, please send a photo of yourself holding your photo ID and a paper with "Payoneer" and today's date handwritten on it. Kindly explain why the ID number you provided during registration does not match the one on the ID you sent. Please reply to this email with the requested documents promptly. I sought help with PayPal, lacking business information. GetHuman.com claimed PayPal may not resolve issues without additional information and suggested creating a new account with over $[redacted]. I believe GetHuman.com was unhelpful this time. I couldn't wait for your response. Additionally, the email verification system failed to verify my email after numerous attempts.

Hello, I purchased a Seagate external hard drive with a [redacted] GB capacity a year ago. Recently, when I connected it to my computer, I noticed that it is not being recognized in My Computer or Device Manager. Even though the light on the hard drive is blinking, indicating it's connected, the device itself seems to have disappeared. I have important data of around [redacted] GB on it, and I'm concerned about losing it. Can anyone advise me on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

I would like to get in touch with someone from Tapjoy regarding an issue. They are the third-party provider on the game app Avakin Life, allowing users to make purchases through various companies and they are meant to reward players with in-game benefits. Following a transaction with Dollar Shave Club through Tapjoy, I was supposed to receive [redacted],[redacted] Avacoins in Avakin Life, but I have not received them. I have raised a customer support ticket with the case number [redacted]0 under the name M. Vecchio. I have reached out to Tapjoy through various channels including Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and email. Despite sending proof of purchase to their customer support email, I received an automated response indicating that the email address is not monitored. I am unable to find where to submit this evidence on the Avakin Life support page. I have also contacted Dollar Shave Club regarding this matter with little help. This situation is frustrating, and I seek assistance in resolving it.

I recently posted an issue on your website, mistakenly believing it was a PayPal site. GameHouse informed me that I could have avoided the problem by canceling through "my account" on their website. Despite emailing them multiple times, they only refunded two months of dues when I couldn't access my account. I'm concerned as most of my payments are made through PayPal, but I haven't heard from them yet. Consumer injustice is widespread, and I used your site to forward my GameHouse problem. Thank you for your assistance. Persistence is essential when facing companies trying to deceive us. Never give up and use all resources to achieve the desired outcome.

I'm concerned about the online security breach due to the inadvertent disclosure of my personal information. Please remove the post immediately. I need access to my paid Match.com account for Albuquerque, not the unpaid account in Portland which currently logs me in. I have accounts in both cities as I split my time. My screen name is Jay and my paid names are Leon Jerome, Jerome, or Jerry Oziel. I recently signed up and paid for a six-month subscription but cannot access it properly. I am hopeful that Match.com will address this issue promptly and find a fair solution. Thank you.

I have a concern regarding the handling of my personal information. I did not receive any instructions about refraining from including personal details in my help request. I request the immediate deletion of this information from your site. Despite numerous attempts to contact you, I have not received any responses. The personal information of a third party is involved, and each hour it remains online causes distress to this individual, who has valid reasons for wanting to keep their identity private. I acknowledge the importance of giving you the opportunity to address this matter before escalating it to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). If unresolved, I will share this correspondence with the ICO for review. Please refer to the ICO’s website for information on your duties under information rights legislation, as well as details about their regulatory authority and enforcement actions.

I am facing difficulties with a new Gmail account. I have a successful fan page on Facebook and am trying to set up an email page in Gmail. Another admin has shared login details with me, but I am unable to access the account, unlike the other admins. Despite setting up the Gmail account, I can only see the email in my inbox without being able to login or enter the password. I am still waiting to hear about recovering $[redacted] as I filed a complaint on 8/31/18. I filled out forms with the FTC and the State Attorney General, but the FTC mentioned on 9/10/18 that they do not take direct action, only reports. I have been advised to hire a lawyer, which I cannot afford since all my money was lost in this scam. I need information on why assistance to retrieve some of the funds is not provided. The FTC informed me to hire a lawyer, but with no funds left. Can any of the money be recovered and returned to me? I spoke with William and reached out to the FTC, who stated they do not handle resolutions for this matter. Could you please contact me at [redacted] as I have a family emergency? Thank you, Char.

I found GetHuman and used it for a basic Xbox customer service inquiry. I asked for a callback and saw "Estimated time until we call you with a rep on the line: two (2) minutes." It has been over three hours, and I have not received a call. Is there something I'm not understanding? Update: Despite waiting hours, GetHuman couldn't connect me with Xbox Support, and my inquiry was closed as "complete." At this point, it feels like a total waste of my time.

I mistakenly posted this online and am at the public library without internet access. I need help removing a posting on GetHuman regarding my parent's property at [redacted] Louisville Rd, Frankfort, KY. I am underage and thought I was contacting Realestate.com, not GetHuman. Please delete this post as it was a mistake. The information about the property being listed for sale on Zillow is incorrect. Our property at [redacted] Louisville Rd was mistakenly listed instead of [redacted] Louisville Rd. Zillow, which owns Realestate.com, was the platform where this mix-up occurred. I have spoken to the person who listed it, and they confirmed Zillow's error. Kindly update the information on Realestate.com to reflect that [redacted] Louisville Rd in Frankfort, KY, should be removed from the sale listing.

I had to reach out to Amazon yesterday and saw gethuman.com on my screen promising an automated call service without having to listen to hold music and ads. I opted for it expecting a faster experience. However, I was mistaken. I waited on hold for 90 minutes in the morning and another 90 minutes in the afternoon without being connected to a representative. Feeling frustrated, I decided to end the call and dialed Amazon directly. Surprisingly, I reached a customer service agent after just three rings. It seems like gethuman.com misrepresented the call wait times. I now suspect it might be a scam and regret falling for it.

I am experiencing a technical issue with my YouTube account. Recently, I noticed that the subscriber count on my channel fluctuated unexpectedly. I had 29 subscribers but it suddenly dropped to 28, despite a subscriber confirming they did not unsubscribe. This inconsistency is concerning, especially since the subscriber has been actively engaging with my content. I suspect there might be a glitch within the YouTube system causing this problem. Your website seems to fall short of expectations. A disheartening experience led me to believe it lacks true value. Criticisms aside, the approach of just directing users to company helplines raises concerns about the service's actual benefits. The reliance on persuasion tactics in American industries to sway consumer opinions toward profit-making is disheartening. It appears that the cherished American way of utilizing persuasive language prevails over genuine assistance. Unfortunately, my encounter with gethuman.com only validated these doubts. It seems the platform may prioritize profit over genuine aid.

When using my mobile, I expect that clicking the 'contact' link in the footer on your homepage will take me to the right place to contact you. Additionally, the social networking links in the footer are not functioning correctly due to webfonts not being loaded. To resolve this, consider using logos as letters or ligatures for the company names. It is frustrating that I can't submit this issue because a message prompts me to write at least [redacted] characters for better results. I should be able to submit a form without JavaScript. Furthermore, the placeholder text in the field is staying visible, likely due to how the placeholder property is being utilized. This covers the top line of text, so setting an upper margin/padding would prevent this issue.
