My power is set up on a prepay account it was shut off this morning so i made a payment and now its saying i have a -$* balance which is impossible considering its prepaid so now i have no power and have paid my PREPAY account again.. I request emergency service as there is children in my home and special medical needs which require power and i paid my prepay account so theres so no possible way theres a negative balance if so its on ur company not per the prepaid agreement this issue needs to be resolved asap i shouldnt have to wait till the am when its neglegance on ur companys behalf which is not a part of prepay agreement! Plz turn my power back on for the payment recieved tracking * ***-***-**** call ********** asap so this issue can be resolved immediately. I will be contacting an attorney due to this situation as well as false advisory if not handled promptly!
