I am experiencing a delay in receiving my refund due to the new security measures implemented by the Georgia Department of Revenue. I was notified that my refund has been processed, but I need to contact 1-[redacted], select option 3, and then option 3 again. However, the long wait times have made it difficult for me to reach them as I work during the weekdays and cannot spend extended periods on hold. I am seeking assistance from someone who can make this phone call on my behalf to expedite the release of my refund.

I am currently dealing with a concerning situation where I purchased a vehicle with a cloned title from a well-known scrap yard. Despite my efforts to seek assistance from various law enforcement agencies, the court, and consumer affairs departments, I have been continuously dismissed and given the runaround. Frustrated by the lack of action, I am considering taking the vehicle to different agencies to draw attention to the issue. I believe my social and financial status has played a role in the lack of response. All I am asking for is for a qualified individual to thoroughly investigate this matter. If these businesses are not held accountable, it could potentially harm other unsuspecting consumers. I simply want justice and the attention this serious issue deserves.

I am trying to get information about my Georgia tax refund submitted on Feb. 2, [redacted]. I have followed the steps online and via voicemail but keep getting the same response about processing time. I am frustrated with the lack of live support and delays. As a retiree, I rely on this refund for savings. Can anyone assist me in reaching a live person at the GA DOR for help with my refund? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Marilyn S. I am writing to address the concerning situation with my tax return. I submitted my taxes through TurboTax efile on February 4, [redacted]. I have a straightforward tax situation with only one W2 form, and my address and filing method have remained consistent over the years. It is unclear why my return is being held along with others under the guise of fraud checks. My tax filing is uncomplicated, and this delay seems unnecessary. I urge the office to resolve this matter promptly. Delaying my return beyond the deadline would result in penalties, yet this hold-up seems unjustified. Please release my tax return at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

My name is Tammy Bynum and I received a letter with the ID L[redacted] and have some questions. I can be contacted at [redacted]. I had been on hold for over an hour and thirty minutes trying to reach someone, but unfortunately, no one answered. When I called a different number, I spoke with Ms. Brown who said she would transfer me. However, before I could ask my question, she transferred me to another long hold line. This line asked me to press one for a call back option but displayed a message about a system issue after doing so. It is frustrating to receive a letter with a penalty without any explanation or a way to reach you. I am anticipating a prompt call back at [redacted].

Two years ago, in [redacted], I received a notice claiming unpaid state taxes from [redacted] amounting to over $[redacted] with interest and penalties. Despite my belief that I had paid the correct amount, the tax department insisted otherwise. I provided evidence with my W2 form showing proper tax withholding for my income of $[redacted]. After being told I had a credit for [redacted], the state seized over $[redacted] in tax refunds and stated I still owed. Despite requesting clarification multiple times, I have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation. It seems there have been errors in the handling of my taxes, and I am seeking clear answers to resolve this issue promptly. Waiting for a detailed response from the state department to address this matter. Thank you. Regards, C. Batson

I need to escalate this matter to Commissioner David M. Curry, as I have been striving to address the corruption ongoing for two years. I refuse to be treated as mere livestock within these nursing homes exploiting individuals as if they were a cash crop or a herd of pigs. They deliberately incapacitated me, and I am determined for my voice to be heard. What was meant to be a 30-day admission has unjustly extended to two years. I am urgently seeking the funds being withheld by the Georgia Department of Revenue. The property IDs in question are Property ID- [redacted]4 with $[redacted].00 and Property ID- [redacted] with $36.76 from Georgia Power. This situation stems from a previous incident where I was assaulted and robbed. Following this, I stayed at Roberta Health and Therapy for 30 days for physical therapy after a severe flu. Despite having insurance coverage, my scheduled surgeries and examinations were denied without reason. Since my residency began on Nov 18, [redacted], I am still confined to a nursing home after two years. I face obstacles with renewing my license due to issued charges causing further delays. I possess essential documents like a birth certificate, expired ID, and communications from your department. I am striving to retrieve the approximately $[redacted] owed to me and have reached out to Senator Greg Kirk for assistance. The mistreatment I faced, including being abandoned on the streets, emphasizes the corrupted nature of these nursing facilities. While my current residence has provided some assistance, I am still suffering from the repercussions of my previous mistreatment at Roberta. Eric J. Date of Birth: 4/3/64

I, John A Fields, a self-employed individual with an LLC, initially applied for unemployment insurance in Georgia on 04/03/[redacted]. I followed all the necessary steps and was instructed to apply for PUA after my UI application was denied. I received my first PUA payment on 04/25/[redacted] and 05/02/[redacted] via direct deposit to my Chime account at 9:37PM EST each Tuesday. I have consistently certified for both UI and PUA as required. However, I have not received any further deposits or updates since 05/05/[redacted]. I recently changed my direct deposit information to a Bank of America account. Despite sending multiple emails and voicemails without any responses, I urgently need assistance as my auto loan payment is past due. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and stay safe. Sincerely, John Fields.

I have received multiple notices addressed to Atampokah El at my mailing address. I have provided Irvin Johnson, who operates as Dekalb County Tax Commissioner, with copies of my Judicial Notice and Proclamation proving my status as an American National, not Atampokah El, not a US citizen, not a citizen of Georgia, and not a citizen of Dekalb County. Despite this, I have felt pressured to pay taxes on my Estate. In November [redacted], I presented two copies of my Judicial Notice, Proclamation, and National Identification Card to his staff, emphasizing that I could not afford the annual payments demanded from Atampokah El. After being inquired about my age and completing a Homestead Exemption Form, I submitted it to their office on November 28, [redacted].

I would like to inquire about the status of my [redacted] tax refund. My spouse and I submitted our taxes in January [redacted], expecting a refund of $3,[redacted]. On the IRS "Check My Refund" portal, it confirms our taxes were received. The site advises calling their hotline if the refund is delayed. Despite numerous attempts, I have been on hold for up to an hour without any response. I am confused as to why, as of today (May 5, [redacted]), we have not received our refund. Any assistance or insight into this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have not received my surplus tax refund that was issued on April 28, [redacted]. It is now June 20, [redacted], and I am concerned about its whereabouts. I was informed that it would arrive within 10 business days, but it has been almost two months. I would like to track the status of my refund to ensure it has not been lost or stolen. My ultimate goal is to either receive the check that was issued by the DOR or have the funds deposited directly into my bank account.

I reached out to the Georgia Surplus Tax Refund Status Center online regarding my missing refund. The website indicates that my surplus tax refund was scheduled to be issued or has been issued on May 17, [redacted], and I should allow at least 10 business days to receive it. After contacting a Georgia Tax Center agent, I was informed that the refund was deposited into my Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) account on the 17th of May. However, after speaking with an NFCU agent today and checking all my accounts, no deposits from the Georgia Surplus Tax Center were found. I kindly request an investigation into depositing the refund into my NFCU account with the number [redacted] or to issue a check to my home address at [redacted] Lakeside Trace, Canton, GA 30[redacted]. - Harry W. & Brenda S. Hampson
