I just wanna bring this to your attention **Hello. My name is Mandeep bhogal and I own a **** GMC Sierra Denali ****. I have construction company.*I Love everything about the truck. I own few More denali and never ever had any issues. I drive this new truck daily for work to check all my jobs.*Couple of months I had a problem with steering-wheel and shaking and I took it to Fremont Buick GMC in Fremont California. They fixed the problems and I was happy but the wheel issue came back in a week.*Also there is another big issue I am discovering with the truck driver seat. The major issue is the driver. As u know the drives seat has inbuilt vibrator on both sides which vibrates when u go off lane. The problem is either seat does not have enough cushion or those vibrating things are sticking up and causing pain in my right bottom continuously. This problem started a month ago when I really felt uncomfortable driving it. It continuously poking me and I feel pain most of the time. I have to keep on moving every few minutes while driving to make myself comfortable. I am feeling consistent pain now. And the seat is getting more and more uncomfortable*I have taken my truck to Fremont Buick GMC dealer to get this and steering wheel checked.*I have shown the issue to Trisha service agent. Showed her how the vibrator sticking out from the driver seat and steering wheel problem.*I left my truck for them. I got a text from Trisha next day that technician drove the truck and didn’t find any issues with the seat nor the steering wheel noise which they fixed-it when problem came last time.*I reached out to GMC main office directly. The next day I received a call from Jennifer she gave me the case * which is *-**********.*Her number is *-***-***-****. Ext *******.*She informed me that will she will reach out to the dealer asked me to pickup the truck for the mean time.*I went to pick up the truck I asked to meet the technician who drove my truck so I better understand that they didn’t find an issue. I was hoping to drive the truck with technician so I can show the issues that I m dealing with but Tech was gone for the day.*I was asked to come back to the next day to see Trisha and tech. I saw another new truck that was same like mine to see if that truck would have same issue. I sat in the other truck the seats were very comfortable and no issues*On **** I went back finally met Trisha and the tech. Tech told me he didn’t find any issues. I was showing how it’s seat vibrator is sticking out from the seat when u feel the seat. He still told me that there is nothing wrong.*The tech called the Service Manager Dave. I told him the same issues. Dave just said there are no issues with the truck without even looking at my truck.*I tried to show him the how the vibrator is sticking out. He didn’t even bother to look or feel the seat.*I offered to leave to truck for few days so they test drive, but I was keep getting push back that there is nothing wrong. After telling the Dave that I m inconsistent pain due to the driver seat. I told him it’s in warranty and I am not satisfied. Dave was very rude to me that he is not going to work on my truck and I can leave and go to another dealer because they are not going to work on the truck. Dave was loud where all customers and staff heard how rude he was to me. I just left from there.*I am feeling pain in my bottom right at all times due to the seat. If u all don’t believe I will be happy to go to my Doctor and get some X-rays done. She is aware of that.*I spent $***** cash this truck I am very disappointed. The truck is less then six months old and it’s under warranty with only **** miles*I request u to please have someone take action to help me resolve the issue please**For the mean time I can get X-rays done the consistent pain that I am dealing with.**I would like action to be taken soon as possible.*I still drive this track.*Thank you sooo much*Mandeep bhogal*Ph- ***********Email- *****@***.com
