Yesterday (**-**-****) I picked my Chevy COLORADO at your Dealership Nu Car CHEVROLET and as soon as I left and got into the turn lane in front of **Wilmington University my vehicle went into limp mode and shut itself off. I called your Service Department and was told that there was nothing they could do and I was forced to call a tow truck. My truck was towed to my home and this morning I started to troubleshoot the issue. This was what I found: Engine cover loose and missing one ******* Intake hose not inserted correctly into throttle body and clamp loose** Hose to air cleaner loose **Now I think I was taken advantage of because I paid to have my vehicle diagnosed and ended being towed home.**I am very disappointed and will call GM Customer Services to inform the of what was done to me by your Service Department.** Sincerely Joseph Dejesus
