The issue in GetHuman-gtlady's own words
I was looking to buy the new **** ss camaro and looked at * in SC and one in NC and found the same issue with a poorly shaped radius in the sheet metal on the rear wheel wield area of the rear quarter panel. The drivers side sheet metal has a more pronounced defect than what is on the passenger side , but it is in both. Looks like where the metal was bent to add strength and give the sheet metal the finish look it needs above the tire. There is either a defect in the mold or some other part of the process that makes the rear quarter panel. Issue is with the radius shape on the rear wheel wield. the shape has a defect in it. Please get this information to someone who can address the issue. I just sold my **** ss that only had *** miles on it and was looking to buy the ****ss but no way I can do it this this type of domestic defect from the manufacture. This is otherwise an awesome looking car. This issue needs to be corrected. The issue was also on the other **** camaro’s that the dealer had. Please address this issue. The car is too good for this to be an on going issue. Guys buying this car to show will be very upset.
