we bought a new equinox awd *dr premier on the *th of october. we have to fill out the paperwork before we can see the car. after we did that they showed us the car. then my husband saw at the driverside frame that the paint was not complete. he told the salesperson , he looked at it and sad first thats rubber. then he admits that the paint is missing, he took a picture for his Manager and the maintainance.he said we have to do an appointment . we brought the car in on the **th of october at *am.at around ***pm the maintanance david called to tell me he can not see it we have to come over to show it to him they had the car for * hours ridiculous, because the salesperson took a picture,are they not talking together?anyway we showed it , then a few people looked at the door.finally one the maintainance told us that the paint is missing but they have to contact gm to get further instruction . and the guy was telling us that they have to take out the hole door and they have to paint a lot moore .but if they do that that means for us our brand new car has a second coat like we had an accident. it is not our fault that the paint is missing. we ordered a new car an we can expect for our money that everything is correct.our salesperson said let me talk to my manager, we waited a short time ,then he came back to tell us there is nothing they can do for us.this means we have a new car for over **.***$ with a damage and we have to acept this??? is this the way you are treating your customer?
