Trying to speak with someone to negotiate a solution. No one is available. ... I have a long-standing issue with gearbest. Since they have no phone number, the best anyone can do is an automated system that only addresses * issues. I am having this company investigated (for the benefit of the public at large). If you ask for a team leader, supervisor, or manager....you won't get one. The only responsesolution are: sorry, kindly wait, sorry again, you are right but......ad nauseum. Although they boast a high level of customer satisfaction, the opposite is true (just read the ratings reports).
This item is paid for guaranteed delivery, and I paid for timed delivery. Gearbest ignores me repeatedly.
I want Gearbest to contact me, or accept my many attempts to contact them. I want them to find me my item, and expedite shipping (at Gearbest expense), and apologize for false advertising, misleading advertising, broken corporate responsibility, and correct the situation.
I received an ad from them, while shopping on Amazon, boasting about how great their customer service is, so I thought I would try them. Buyer Beware...AVOID GEARBEST!!!
