Two days ago I submitted a return ticket. The was overcharge but now I tried the product itself and it's not either working. I bought it because you mentioned in product description *specification that it work on **** mega herts but doesn't work. It's doesn't catches enough signals to talk on. Receive call etc. Therefore it's totally useless for me and I want to return it for refund. **I will appreciate your early processing of my request. **Thanks
