Change order to same product on European website ... I purchased a *D printer from their UK website, it is the Anet A* desktop *d printer, this item is to be shipped from Europe. I paid the stated price of ***EUR, immediately after paying it I was redirected to their EU website where the exact same item is on sale for ***EUR . I immediately e-mailed them asking to cancel the order and to order the same item from the EU suppliers for the lower price. Their first response was the next day stating that the item has been shipped and that there was nothing that they could do. I am currently looking for a refund of the price difference between the two identical items quoted at different prices.
That the same item has two different prices on their Uk and European servers

Talking to all of their customer support servers, none of which were of any help

How GetHuman-liamfol fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-liamfol to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
