I had an issue (the aux cord and headphone feature was not working) with my Vernee Mars Pro *G Phablet. I submitted an RMA ticket and at first I just wanted a solution to the problem but their suggestion on how to fix the issue is something that I've already tried(it didn't work) so I closed the ticket, and have tried multiple times to submit a new ticket for the same item so that I could get a refund instead of an exchange. The website keeps saying that I have already submitted an RMA ticket. It states in their warranty and return policy that I can submit a new ticket, though customer service will deal with each ticket one at a time. I just want to return the item. I don't know if they want me to send it to a different address or if I can safely return it to the return address on the box. But I need to make sure GearBest knows I'm returning it so I get my money back.
GetHuman-sarinad did not yet indicate what GearBest should do to make this right.

I emailed *****@***.com directly. I got a unique ticket and a return address(that i wanted) in about a couple days. Since GetHuman asks you to go into detail about your issue i copied and pasted what I posted here and sent it to gearbest in the email(make sure your subject is straight to the point like ex. "Return issue *insert order number*"
