Visited ***lord Texan May **-***And was very disappointed in the ck in the process and our stay. Hotel service was bar Room was not cleaned at *:** pm had not been cleaned. The Texas station restaurant we visited * nights in a row and we waited * hour to get a seat and another hour to get our food. the second night was the same thing!*When we cked in no one gave any ***istance to find the room except the drawing on the map. Then they put another guests bill on our room from the water park. We were very disappointed with our visit to the hotel.*Also Just can't believe that we were gone all day and came back at *:** pm and the room was not cleaned beds not made and no fresh towels.
I trust that Gaylord Hotels will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
