Oops! I just lost my letter to you. I will start over again. I was trying to update my maps on my GPS. A message came up that the installation failed. A tech screen came up and I could talk online to her. At one point she said she needed to get another technician to continue helping me. She needed my telephone number and I gave it to her. He called me and then started to help me. He was able to get onto my screen and I became very skeptical. Is this normal?
GetHuman-janonshi did not yet indicate what Garmin should do to make this right.

I noticed an icon on my old computer: Garmin Express. I was so sceptical of that tech taking over my computer on ”gethuman”. I tryed Garmin Express. It worked great.
