I have been buying your dog E collars for years now and have absolutely loved them for my two big boys! I always recommend and tell people not to buy any other brand because Garmin is the most durable and best well spent money for dog gear. I know when I buy Garmin that I always get excellent customer service and a safe feeling when I am buying your products. Right now I am a full time employee and have recently moved in with my boyfriend (no fenced in yard for my doberman and G Shepard) to save money as I am not working too much with school. I wanted to be able to get the best deal I could for my money but also while buying the Garmin brand. I went onto EBay to buy the Garmin Inbounds collar and device. It was for $***.** and I nthe item description is talks about both products and the picture of what is for sell is both items together... I bought it immediately! I was so excited that I would be able to have a portable invisible fence for my dogs and not have to watch them in this awful Midwest weather. A couple days go by and I still don’t have any tracking info nor has it been shipped... I contact them to change the address as well as the tracking number. They asked me if I was aware that it was just the collar, I said no as the description and the picture is the combo... I have been waiting a few days for a package that would never be coming nor that would be right because they are misleading the customers. I did not like how it seemed to be an issue already that they would have to ask me. When I said I would be contacting Garmin they automatically changed their picture. I do have a picture of the original post*description. I felt that this “authorized dealer” (as it says on EBay) really put a bad input on you guys for me. I am happy to send you the screenshots of the oringal post and of course my boys wearing your gear. **I hope we can make this right and hopefully they don’t do this to anyone else.
