Hello, *I went on a backpacking trip in July of this year and activated my device on the phone with a service member and made it clear to them I would only need it for the month of July. My understanding was that it would be deactivated when I got back. I just discovered that I have been getting charged **$ a month since I've been back. That's a lot of money and I haven't even turned it on since July. I was hoping there is a way to receive a refund or settle this. *Thank you, *Merlyn
