My Vivofit * is not counting my steps anymore. It blanks out the screen often. I changed the batteries in July. Occasionally it counts the steps but most of the time not at all and the screen goes black usually when I'm not wearing it but that didn't used to be the case. This needs to be fixed so that I can participate in my Works wellness program. I've only had this watch and step counter for * years.
GetHuman1043751 did not yet indicate what Garmin should do to make this right.
