The issue in GetHuman-donbachm's own words
Reboot * reset the watch. The buttons don't work, the clock and sensors aren't working. I can't get it to reset. ... After * months of enjoying my Vivoactive HR watch, it just stopped working. First, it started vibrating all of the time, then the sensors stopped working, then the time was wrong. Then I couldn't turn it off by holding the *-- button down for ** seconds. Occasionally the watch face will come on but the time is wrong and the pulse rate doesn't change no matter what I do. I did not damage it or drop it.
