I have two devices under two accounts. Every time I sign out of one, I have to pair my device again
for the Garmin Connect app to be able to save what device is paired with that account and actually save it. I'll go back to my FitBit if it can't work right. At least the fitbit stays connected to the app without having to pair it every time.
I have an issue with Garmin too
How GetHuman-sharilip fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-sharilip to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
