Hi, I have two issues:**. I lost my credit card ending in **** today and I reported that, when I logged in, a new card ending in **** was in my account with most information has transferred to the account, but the rewards I had earned didn’t, can i request to transfer the rewards to my new account? **. I couldn’t login to my shop gap account to check out, I believe my email and password are correct because I saved them on my computer, and I tried to use forget my password, no temporary password sent to my email so I couldn’t reset my password. I have lost a lot of chances to get the good deals on Black Friday and after because of this reason. *Could you please assist? Thanks
