The problem is with the payment method --when the Jackson Clarion Ledger increased the cost to $ **.** per month ,I canceled the automatic pay on my bank account . later , a call came from the paper offering a reduced rate . I accepted the offer ,and told them The auto pay had been canceled . That's where the problem began . your agent , ( Ashley ) said they would send a bill ,but that's not what happened . The paper continued to submit the draft which the bank , Trustmark , continued to turn down . I paid by credit card , but this has not been resolved .. I want to pay and take the paper . How can we resolve this ? I am a ** * customer that always paid promptly
