Been playing magic kingdoms on gameloft for years on level **.*There was a download on Thursday **** and since I haven't been able to play. They give me a new user ID and welcome screen. I have been emailing gameloft for * days straight and I get responses saying they sent a prompt and that prompt doesn't show up they have my progress but they say they dont see an issue and I'm signed in on my accounts and to keep trying to do the same thing. They wont go on the phone to resolve the issue step by step and I'm getting very frustrated. Looking for any help possible with this problem.*Thank you,*Victoria
