Hello, I need assistance regarding my tickets for the Collin James concert. Unfortunately, the tickets seem to be misplaced even though Purolator tracking shows they were delivered. My son has been trying to obtain new ones but was unable to through your company. I reached out to the Sony Centre, and they have requested that you contact them to confirm the seat details. They mentioned that entry requires scanning the barcodes on the tickets and that without them, I may not be able to get in as I am not the original purchaser. They suggested reaching out to you to arrange for a reprint or a PDF of the original seats. My son has the seat confirmation and is working on resolving this. On February 5, [redacted], I purchased two tickets to the Pink concert in Detroit for $[redacted]. The concert, originally scheduled for the end of March [redacted], was postponed to April of this year due to Pink's illness. However, I am unable to locate the tickets in my Gametime app. They do not appear in the "My Tickets" or "My Ticket History" section. Additionally, I have not received a refund of the $[redacted] I was charged in February [redacted]. I kindly request a prompt refund. I have all the necessary documentation such as the purchase receipts and bank statements to support my claim. I am looking forward to your response. Thank you.

I purchased tickets for the September 29th Lizzo concert in Chicago, but upon arrival at the venue, I discovered that my tickets were invalid. Despite security's suggestion to seek a refund from Gametime, my attempts to resolve the issue on-site failed. I called the provided number at the venue without success and now hope to contact Gametime for reimbursement. I am extremely disappointed as the $[redacted] spent on the tickets proved futile, preventing me from attending the event. This experience falls short of my previous positive encounters with Gametime. I anticipate resolving this swiftly. My order confirmation number is #4GNDVNG883. Hello, I noticed that I was billed for two additional seats when I intended to purchase only one. Although my order summary displayed only one ticket, upon completing the transaction, I was charged for the extra seats. The seats for which I was overcharged are in section [redacted], row E, seats 7 and 8. I still utilized seat 6 for my brother. Kindly reimburse the overcharged amount to the card ending in [redacted], the one I originally used for the transaction. Feel free to reach out if you require further details. I purchased tickets for the Jaguar vs. Raiders game, but they turned out to be for the Tennessee game in Oakland. I paid $[redacted] for 2 tickets and was planning to sell one to a friend. I cannot afford $[redacted] for the tickets. I am a regular customer and I assure you I intended to buy tickets for the Jaguar/Raider game. If I had known, I would have either attended the game or sold them. I made the purchase two Sundays ago, and this situation is causing me a lot of stress. Thank you.

I recently bought two tickets for my coworker, mistakingly thinking they were for January 19 instead of December 19. I gave them to her as a Christmas gift, only to realize the mistake later. The tickets were never used. Is there any chance to transfer them to another event? I understand this may be difficult, but I wanted to ask. I feel awful about this situation. I attempted to purchase tickets for the Golden Knights hockey game on Feb 28th through the Game Time website last Friday. After entering my credit card information successfully, I received an email prompting me to log in, but the page appeared blank each time I tried to access it. Despite multiple attempts yesterday and today, using four different credit cards, I consistently received an error message instructing me to try another card. Following the advice, I contacted my credit card company, and they pre-approved the $[redacted] charge, ending in [redacted]. Currently, I am awaiting final approval. - J. L.

I bought tickets for the Colts game on 8/27, but I haven't been able to access them despite multiple attempts. I even asked an IT specialist for help to no avail. It seems like I may have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I want to attend the game, but currently, it appears dubious as the website isn't showing any upcoming events linked to my email address.

Hello, I purchased my ticket for the Lakers game 6 using my debit card, but I keep getting denied even though my bank authorized the transaction. Message from Gametime: We regret to inform you that we could not process your recent purchase with the payment method used. We suggest trying another payment method or contacting your card's issuing bank for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. How can I resolve this issue?

I recently bought five MLB tickets on the Gametime website. All tickets were purchased as a group on the same row. I have a confirmation number and a receipt for the transaction. I already have the MLB app required to receive the tickets. While four tickets were successfully transferred to the app, the fifth one did not transfer. I have been trying to reach out for assistance without success. I even left a message at a different customer service number but have not received a call back yet. This is frustrating as it is for my son's birthday. I am hoping to resolve this issue promptly by having the remaining ticket transferred to me, ensuring it matches the others I already received.

I compared ticket prices between different sites and was surprised by the undisclosed $[redacted] service fee added at checkout. Despite not authorizing the charge, my account was still debited. I diligently check prices often and disputed the charge promptly after noticing the discrepancy, but the response from customer service denied my refund request. I have already contacted my credit card company, Mastercard, regarding the pending charge. I kindly ask for a refund on the service fee.

I accidentally purchased tickets for a different state and date instead of Washington DC on 11/12/23. I proceeded with payment without double-checking the address properly. I am not seeking a refund but would appreciate it if the state and date could be changed so I can still attend the event on 11/12/23 that I planned for.
