Hey GameStop. I'm just about to complain real quick about your return policy. Last night I purchased Werewolf the Apocalypse in one of your stores for what I thought was the XBOX Series X. It was the last copy, so it was a floor display. I turns out that the game is an XBOX One game that I can play with my Series X. So I took the game back and was only offered $** for the brand new game I purchased. *My complaint is, even though your policy is that new games once opened are treated like used games, I didn't think I was purchasing the XBO version. I thought I was purchasing the XSX version. I did not get what I thought I was paying for, and now I feel like I'm being punished for not reading the "fine print". I have been a loyal customer since GameStop was Electronics Boutique. And as a loyal customer, I must say that I feel robbed, and this is some unfair BS.*That is all.
GetHuman-baxterp did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
