I had trouble with the digital code for my game. GameStop stated the code was fine and advised me to contact Steam. Steam wouldn't help without a hard copy of the code. After GameStop promised a new code in 24 hours, it has been over 48 hours without receiving it. I am frustrated with the lack of resolve and want to cancel my order. I expect to be reimbursed for the product and my time wasted dealing with this digital download issue. Please compensate me for the inconvenience as a loyal GameStop customer for over 15 years.

Dear Forum Members, I am writing to share a disappointing experience my son and son-in-law had on November 26th at store #[redacted] while trying to purchase a ps5. Despite waiting before the store opened, they were not the first ones to enter. Employees from Old Navy, a neighboring store, were let in before them and were able to purchase the two ps5 units. When I contacted the store manager, Matt, he did not address the unfair situation. It is disheartening to see hardworking individuals trying to buy these game consoles for their children treated unfairly. No one else was allowed to enter the store, and mall employees should not have been given special treatment. In these difficult times, such incidents should not have occurred. I hope for fairer and more just treatment for all customers in the future. Best, JoAnn

I waited in line for approximately 18 hours to purchase a console and unexpectedly saw some friends there as well. When the store finally opened and I was at the checkout, I realized I was short $5. I asked the cashier if I could quickly run to my car to get the money, but I was informed that I would lose my spot in line if I left. An old friend from my childhood was at the checkout too, so I asked to borrow $5 from them. However, we were told that only one of us could buy the console because we were considered to be part of the same household due to knowing each other. This rule seemed unfair for several reasons: 1. The advertisement clearly stated "Limit one total console per customer," not per household. 2. We do not live together, and just because we are old friends doesn't mean we are in the same household. 3. The way the situation was handled by the employees seemed completely unethical, and others who witnessed the incident also agreed. Due to this misunderstanding, my friend was unable to purchase the console despite having the money ready. This whole situation was very frustrating and unfair. It would be appreciated if someone could reach out to discuss this matter further.

I have a situation with a GameStop trade card that had an $89 value from trading in Nintendo Switch games. After my son made some purchases, there was a remaining balance of $61.20. However, when he tried to use the balance to pre-order an item that was released on 11/20/20, the transaction got stuck in processing and eventually charged a debit card for the same amount when the order was canceled. When we visited a physical GameStop store on Black Friday to purchase the item, we were told the card had a zero balance and it was discarded. We are now missing the $61.20 balance. How can we get this resolved and transferred to a new card since the original one was thrown away? We are disappointed with this situation, especially during the busy holiday season, and would appreciate your help in fixing this issue promptly.

I purchased Overwatch Legendary Edition on 11-24, and the payment was deducted from my checking account on the same day. Unfortunately, I recently realized that I entered the wrong email address during the transaction and did not receive a confirmation number. Without these details, I am unable to track the order. The only number on my bank statement is s[redacted][redacted]. I am Faye Sims from [redacted] Bethune Rd, Kershaw, SC [redacted]. I would appreciate any assistance in locating my order. If for any reason the game cannot be delivered, I kindly request a refund to my checking account. This purchase is a special gift for my grandson, and as he eagerly asked for it, I need to ensure its timely delivery. Thank you for your help.

I placed an order on November 27th, with an expected delivery by 8 pm on the same day. Unfortunately, it did not arrive. Checking again today, exactly a week later on the 4th, I am surprised to find it still hasn't been delivered. Although my order status reads "ready for pick-up," all other details indicate it should be delivered to my address without a signature. It's frustrating that it has been labeled as "ready for pick-up" for the last 5 days when it clearly should be delivered.

I bought an Arctis 7P headset on November 27 using QuadPay. I got the order number and receipt but still haven't received confirmation after 10 days. I tried checking the order status online, but it says it doesn't match. Will I receive updates or can I cancel and get a refund?

I ordered a Pokemon Pikachu 18-inch plush on November 14th, which was 24 days ago, and have not received it. The tracking information shows "Awaiting Carrier Pickup." After calling Gamestop, the recording mentioned that this message means the item is waiting for FedEx to pick it up. When I reached out to FedEx, they explained that the package has been prepared but not handed over to them by the shipper. I am stuck with no help from either side. It's been 24 days, and FedEx still hasn't picked it up. Could it be lost in the warehouse? I am considering asking Gamestop to resend the item or refund me, as waiting this long for shipping is unacceptable.

I placed my order on November 24th, and it has been a week of waiting. The status has been showing "awaiting carrier pick up" for the last 5 days. FedEx advised me to reach out to the seller. I suspect it might be on back order, but I have received no updates. Is it possible to track down the package? I am uncertain of its location or even if it has been dispatched. My account was charged only two days ago.

I used QuadPay to pay for an order at GameStop. I paid QuadPay in full. However, GameStop sent me over 30 emails in one day claiming there was an issue with my payment method, mentioning the number QuadPay used. Despite clarifying my account was settled, GameStop informed me today that my QuadPay account was suspended and requested my personal payment details. I contacted QuadPay, and they confirmed my account was active. Concerned about potential double charges, I have repeatedly called GameStop without resolution.

I made a purchase on November 30th, and it was marked as "shipped" with a delivery date of December 5th, later changed to December 3rd without arrival. The status since December 4th reads, "If the Delivery Date has not updated after 24 hours, the carrier has stopped sending updates." It indicates "Awaiting Carrier Pickup" through FedEx, but as of December 11th, there is no progress. Both GameStop and FedEx have been contacted, with FedEx claiming they haven't received the package from GameStop. Attempts to reach GameStop have been unsuccessful, with unanswered phone calls and emails, making it impossible to cancel the order. My sons saved up money to make this purchase, and they are now at a loss.

Good evening, I have been banned, and that's fine, no problem. However, I am not happy that you have banned my PC components. I know I was wrong, I am aware of it, but I want you to unblock my components and my WiFi. Please forgive me. I play Fortnite a lot, it's a wonderful game that entertains me. I ask for your forgiveness. I paid for the components. I hope you can read what I have written. I truly regret using something I should not have touched at all. If you could at least unlock the components and the WiFi, I would be the happiest person in the world. I promise I won't do such a thing again. Forgive me.

I visited the Plantation Towne Square store in Plantation, FL with my emotional support dog. The manager asked me to leave because he has a dog allergy. Despite GameStop being a pet-friendly company, I felt mistreated and offended by his actions. I have been a loyal GameStop supporter my whole life and even worked there for approximately 3 years. Sadly, after this incident, I don't feel comfortable going to any GameStop store anymore. I hope to hear back from you soon.

I purchased a game on Black Friday without realizing it was for the wrong console. The game was part of a "Buy 2, Get 2 Games Free" deal, and I mistakenly got the one I wish to return for free. I would like to exchange the game for the correct console version. The game I bought was "Kingdom Hearts 3" for Xbox One, and I would like to swap it for the PS4 version. The order was delivered on December 4th.

I ordered three Funko Pops, but received two of the same and have been trying to get the missing one through your form multiple times with no success. I spoke to a representative who said they placed a replacement order, but I have not received any updates yet. I am eagerly awaiting the Giddy Up Funko Pop as it is a Christmas gift. I ordered two cases through the Hot Wheels promotion at GameStop, but instead, I received two single cars. When I contacted customer service, they seemed unaware of the promotion. My package wasn't delivered as the carrier reported it lost. I only received one delivery attempt on Friday, 11/20. I waited for the next business day, but the package wasn't re-attempted for delivery. I reached out to FedEx, and they confirmed the package was lost and advised me to contact the seller. Can I visit my local Gamestop store to acquire this item instead? I invested nearly $[redacted].00 in this Nintendo Switch for my son's Christmas gift, and I'm still waiting for it. I sent an email to your company on Monday, but I haven't received a response.

I am very upset about my order. Half of my items have been shipped, and I have received all of them except for one which is expected to arrive this week. However, the second half of my order has not even been assigned a tracking number after over a week. This order is for my son's Christmas, and I am very worried. I have reached out to the company three times via email and tried calling them multiple times with no success. I am at a loss for what to do. This was meant to be my son's Christmas gift, and if it does not arrive on time, he will not have anything.

On December 2, [redacted], I placed an online order with Gamestop for three games: Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, Mortal Kombat 11, and Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze. Following the purchase, I received an email confirmation with order #[redacted][redacted] and a delivery tracking #[redacted]18, projecting a delivery date of December 9. However, the tracking status changed from "shipped" to "awaiting carrier pick up" and has not progressed since. I have attempted to reach out to Gamestop through their guest care online portal multiple times, but have not received a response. Further inquiries with FedEx revealed that they have no record of the tracking number provided. I visited the Castleton IN location in hopes of resolving the issue, but the employee was unable to provide additional information or cancel the order. I am frustrated by this situation and simply wish to cancel the order to obtain these Christmas gifts elsewhere.

My order status shows delivered, but the package is not in my possession. I've checked with my neighbor, but they haven't received it either. I'm concerned it may have been delivered to the wrong address. The item was meant to arrive today, and it's a Christmas gift for my 9-year-old son.
