I was told by the gamestop nearest me store **** that they had a new ps* with * Tb and * games for $***.** *And I so I went in store to purchase because the salesman said I had to order in person this was on friday ***** I logged in the app and searched my order yesterday and I was very upset to see that not only was every game used but the machine itself is only *** gb and refurbished it is my sons birthday on ***** which is Tuesday this is going to ruin his birthday because every store has the playstation * new * Tb for ***.** I need help to fix this error please
