I am upset with the services at GameStop. I visited two locations in Peoria, Arizona, one on 75th Ave and another on 99th Ave. The first store made it difficult for me to purchase a PS4 through an online bundle. Despite trying to add it to my cart, the system claimed it wasn't available. I was then advised to buy a GameStop gift card from Fry's. I spent $[redacted] on the card and purchased a PS4, but the system was defective. It wouldn't load updates, kept turning off, and displayed hard drive errors. I exchanged it at the other location but the replacement also doesn't work. Regardless of trying different HDMI cords and TVs, I only see a black screen. I am frustrated with the poor customer service and experiences I've had. I aim to reach the CEO of GameStop and will leave a review on the BBB. I am not seeking a refund but a new PS4 Slim 1TB in black.

On April 13th, I placed an online order for store pickup at GameStop in Missouri City, Texas. I purchased Alpha Sapphire for $30 and Ultra Moon for $35. Upon arrival at the store with my brother, we experienced a delay due to a sticker mix-up on the preowned games. As Ultra Moon was unavailable, I opted for Ultra Sun instead. Despite receiving an email confirmation for Ultra Moon, I was charged for Ultra Sun and had to use my brother's card due to insufficient funds. The store mentioned something about credit, although I can't recall the specifics. After not receiving a refund for Ultra Moon, I contacted GameStop for assistance. I was informed that the refund would process in 1-3 days. Following a 4-5 day wait, I was advised to reach out to customer service. Despite enduring long wait times exceeding two hours on customer service calls, I am still awaiting my refund.

I purchased a Nintendo Switch Lite and a copy of Pokemon Sword from GameStop on April 6, [redacted]. The original delivery date was April 13, [redacted], but it has not arrived as of April 24, [redacted]. The confirmation email did not include a confirmation number, only the order number and UPS tracking number. UPS status shows "Shipment Is Ready For UPS" since ordering. I have tried contacting GameStop's customer service, but long holds and no response to emails or tweets. Hoping for a call or email from GameStop to explain the delivery status. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my daughter whose birthday occurred during quarantine. Any assistance regarding the package's whereabouts would be greatly appreciated.

A few months ago, I traded in several games amounting to roughly $[redacted]. I planned to use the credit to purchase a newly released game. However, upon checking the balance, I discovered only $53 remaining on the card. I haven't used or removed the card since receiving it. I need an urgent explanation as to why the balance is significantly lower than what the cashier stated. To address some potential queries: No one other than me has handled the card, and I am certain the initial balance was $[redacted] as told by the cashier. It is essential to resolve this swiftly before I escalate the issue to corporate.

On April 14th, I placed an order for an Xbox One Elite Series 2 controller on Gamestop.com for $[redacted].97. The money was debited from my checking account on April 15th. However, the phone number linked to the charge, [redacted], leads to an inactive voicemail. I have not received an email confirmation despite sending four emails without any response. I acknowledge the challenges companies face with increased online orders due to the pandemic, but as an international corporation, the lack of communication is disappointing. I purchased this controller for my son's 16th birthday and the delay is frustrating. As of today, April 27th, I am still waiting for any confirmation, tracking information, or a refund.

I preordered a Nintendo Switch bundle from GameStop on March 31st, expecting it to ship on April 30th. On April 21st, I received an email about a delay, but then on the 24th, I got another email saying that only Animal Crossing had been shipped. Strangely, I was only charged $65, the retail price of the game alone, rather than the bundle price I should have been charged. I'm confused why only the game was sent and not the entire bundle. The customer service line was unhelpful and impossible to reach.

After contacting both my local Post Office and the USPS 1-[redacted] number, the assistance received was insufficient. Despite being redirected to different departments and promised a package trace, there was no progress. Even reaching out to UPS proved futile. Despite checking with neighbors and waiting, the package remains undelivered. Since the item was intended as a gift for my nephew, a refund is now preferable. I am willing to return the order if it arrives eventually. I realize that initiating a claim or investigation with the carrier may be necessary due to the failed delivery attempts. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received while trying to resolve an issue with my recent order of the yellow Switch bundle. I placed the order on 4/15, with an expected shipping date of 4/30. Even though I received some items from the order on 4/21, including games and a screen cover, the Switch itself was missing. The order status indicates it is partially shipped, but all items have the same tracking number. After numerous attempts to contact customer service starting on 4/28, I was informed that the Switch had been delivered with the other items according to their records. They mentioned issues with UPS and initiated a report that could take up to 11 days to resolve. After a series of frustrating calls, I was promised a refund for the missing item, but I have yet to receive confirmation. The lack of communication and resolution has left me feeling utterly frustrated.

I recently purchased some collectibles online and provided my correct address during checkout. Unfortunately, UPS received the wrong address and my package is now being returned to the sender. Despite emailing UPS twice and GameStop once, I have not received any responses to rectify the situation. This is the second time this has occurred, and I am frustrated by the inconsistency with the address on my orders.

I purchased a GS Gift Card specifically to buy Escape From Tarkov, as my debit card is not accepted on third-party websites. However, I encountered an issue with the third-party charges exceeding the amount on the gift card. For example, a $44 gift card translates to only $26 on their site, requiring additional payment. This situation is frustrating, and I seek a refund since I have no intention of using Gamestop in the future. I understand the policy on gift card refunds but request that an exception be made in this case. I hope to resolve this matter as soon as possible to avoid losing the $44 spent on the gift card for no reason.

I ordered two games for immediate download from GameStop, but despite receiving a Paypal invoice ([redacted][redacted]), I haven't received any confirmation or keys. The payment is still pending, and my attempts to contact GameStop through Twitter and Facebook have been unsuccessful. Since it has been over three days since the purchase, I would like to cancel the payment on Paypal and buy the games directly from EA/Origin instead.

Hello, I am aware of the stock shortages of the Nintendo Switch. I needed assistance in understanding how your online checkout functions. I added a Switch to my cart right when they were in stock at 1:00 PM Eastern. By 1:10 PM Eastern when I completed the checkout, it showed as not available. Any tips on increasing my chances against the bots some people are using? I'm stuck in quarantine and really need this console. I've been searching for a month, and my only shot was ruined by a bot. I have a $15 gift card balance that I have yet to claim. Every time I add the gift card to any order, whether it's $5 or $15, everything goes fine until I click the "Place Order" button. Then, in red print, it tells me to revise my payment information and billing address, even though everything is correct. I've successfully made orders with my address using a debit card, but now I cannot use the $15 gift card I received. I called customer service, and the automated machine keeps saying there's a 15-minute wait, but I have been on hold for hours over the past 4 days, trying to reach a customer service agent. Can someone please help me resolve this issue so I can use my $15 gift card balance? Thanks

I recently purchased a Switch Lite, Animal Crossing game, and Ultimate Protection Pack for a total of $[redacted].95. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged twice for the order. After a frustrating call with customer service, where the representative did not understand my issue and mistakenly canceled my order, I received a refund for one charge. I am requesting for my order to be reinstated promptly. I purchased a single left Joy-Con for my Nintendo Switch on 4/16/[redacted] for $34.99. When the package arrived on 4/24/[redacted], it felt empty, but I assumed Joy-Cons were small and thought it was normal. However, upon opening the box, I found only bubble wrap and half of a receipt inside. The package seemed untouched, leaving me puzzled. I reached out to GameStop via email multiple times, but have received no response. Due to long wait times on the phone caused by COVID-19, I couldn't get through after waiting over an hour. Even after contacting USPS, they couldn't assist as my order wasn't insured. It's disappointing that despite labeling from GameStop, my package was missing its contents. I purchased a Turtle Beach Recon 50X refurbished headset on 3/12/[redacted] but encountered issues with it. After contacting Janet at the Vincennes store, I was advised to email Power Up, which I promptly did. I received an automated reply with number #[redacted]. Despite expressing my request for a refund, I have not received any further communication from them. Attempting to contact support has been frustrating as I am consistently placed on hold for over 30 minutes only for the system to disconnect the call. Additionally, I discovered that the controller I previously used with the faulty headset no longer functions with other headsets. I am seeking a refund for the headset and believe I should also receive assistance with the damaged controller. I have retained my receipt for proof of purchase. Thank you.

I have received four new GameStop gift cards from various family members over the past year or two for my son. I recently uncovered the PIN codes on each card to make a purchase on the GameStop website, but they all show a zero balance. I attempted to check the balance through the automated number on the back of each card, and it also indicates a zero balance. The cards are still in their original cardboard sleeves, with the PIN codes covered and intact.

I purchased a Nintendo Switch on 5/23 with expedited shipping. The estimated delivery time was 4-6 business days. I monitored the order daily and initially, it was "preparing for shipment." After a week, it changed to "awaiting product availability," which is frustrating for an in-stock item. Then it went back to "preparing for shipment." This delay is unacceptable, and I am eager to receive my order promptly. I am also requesting a refund for the expedited shipping fee. This situation is unreasonable and not good business practice.

I pre-ordered Animal Crossing and paid $60 in cash. When I went to pick it up, the store was closed due to the virus and I did not receive the game. My daughter bought it online digitally. I am now trying to get my refund promptly. When I visit GameStop, I have to call them, and they do not accept cash in the store. It has been almost three months, and I have been a loyal customer for 15 to 20 years, spending thousands of dollars there. I believe they should refund me by now. I am considering taking legal action if necessary to get my money back quickly.

Hello, I recently purchased two full-sized Full Carbon Road Racing Bikes, two full-sized Carbon Fiber E-bike mountain electric bicycles, and two full-sized Germany Retro 48V 26 Inch Fashion Munro 2.0 Electric Bicycles. I attempted to register online with the post office for updates on my delivery, but after contacting them with the tracking numbers, they informed me that the items were being sent to a completely different state and were of a different size. I checked all tracking information for my five other orders, and they were also incorrect. I received an email stating that all orders were supposed to be delivered to the correct address, so I am confused as to why all the packages are being misrouted.
