I was expecting my order to arrive on Tuesday, March 24th as per emails and my online account. However, on Wednesday, March 25th, I only received MLB The Show 20 and none of the other items I ordered. The missing items are the PlayStation 4 Sports Collection Blast from the Past Preowned System Bundle and the Sony DUALSHOCK 4 Steel Black Wireless Controller. I contacted customer service on Wednesday and was told the missing items would be reshipped, but I haven't received any new order or tracking information. When I called back on Thursday, the representative couldn't find any information about the reshipment. I need an order number or tracking number for the items that were not shipped out, as the original tracking number was 1z2e964f[redacted]. If not, I would like the option for store pickup. I've had no luck getting assistance, and I needed these items for MLB Opening Day today. Thank you. - D.K.

I purchased a pre-owned Xbox One S along with a controller shortly before the store closed indefinitely a few days ago. When I got home, I realized that the controller they sold me had a third-party battery and back lid that doesn't fit properly. GameStop didn't notice this issue before selling it to me. The controller cannot charge via USB, making it unusable. I wanted this for entertainment during lockdown, so I've been frustrated for the past couple of days. Please assist. Hello, I recently requested the cancellation of a flight due to a duplicate booking issue with eDreams. When I tried to pay for the ticket, the page went blank, and after waiting for 5 minutes, I eventually closed the window. I then checked my emails because I had not received any confirmation and needed a flight urgently. I later ended up booking another flight after an hour of waiting. However, upon checking my emails again, I discovered that both the initially attempted flight and the second one were accepted. After contacting eDreams through their app, I spoke with a representative with whom I had difficulty communicating due to language barriers. I explained that I needed to keep the first flight and hotel but cancel the second one. My trip to Istanbul on March 9, [redacted], went smoothly, but the return on March 13, [redacted], turned into a nightmare when I was informed at check-in that the flight for March 8, [redacted], had been canceled. Following this, I noticed unauthorized charges of €[redacted] and €[redacted] on my account, even though I did not use these services. I paid an additional €[redacted] for new return tickets to Paris. I tried contacting eDreams multiple times, facing long wait times and even being hung up on. I am seeking reimbursement for the additional return tickets, the unexplained charges of €[redacted], and the price difference from my original booking. This experience with eDreams has been extremely disappointing and frustrating for me as a first-time user.

On March 22nd, I placed an order with order number [redacted][redacted] and selected one-day shipping. On March 23rd, GameStop notified me that my order was shipped via UPS with tracking number 1Z2E[redacted][redacted], scheduled for delivery on the morning of the 24th. However, the delivery did not occur as planned. Despite reaching out through their web form and Orders email, I have not received any updates on my order. Even after a long call with Customer Service, my issue remains unresolved. It has now been 5 days since ordering, with no progress and no option to cancel online. I am still waiting for GameStop to address the discrepancy between the shipped status on their site and the missing package according to UPS.

Order numbers #[redacted][redacted] & #[redacted][redacted]: Today, I eagerly waited for my packages, expecting UPS to deliver them. However, upon checking the tracking information, it states they were delivered in the afternoon at my front door without any notification. Despite checking with my neighbors on the 1st and 3rd floors, as well as others nearby, no one recognized the delivery. I inquired if they noticed the UPS truck or received any packages, but unfortunately, there were no leads. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and confused. I am unsure if there was an error in the delivery process or if the packages were misplaced or stolen. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Kevin

Hello, I paid extra for fast shipping and my order seems to be only partially shipped. My order number is 1Z9F613Y[redacted]. Only my switch has been shipped but not the game, and there's no tracking information available. It's supposed to arrive tomorrow, but there's no info on my game's shipment. I'm frustrated because I've been trying to contact customer service for two days without success. I'm considering canceling the order since the money hasn't been deducted from my account, and I doubt the item has been shipped. This has been a disappointing customer service experience, and I just want to play Animal Crossing without all this hassle.

I preordered Persona 5 Royale at my local GameStop in Rivercenter Mall in downtown San Antonio, Texas. They instructed me to contact another GameStop or visit one that was still open to retrieve my preorder at a more convenient location. Therefore, I called the GameStop on SW Military Dr near Pleasonton Rd and also reached out to the GameStop on Ft Sam Houston since I work on post. Unfortunately, when I checked, they did not have my preorder information available, only for those who preordered at their store. I would like this issue resolved by either receiving a refund, using the funds for a different item, or locating a copy of Persona 5 Royale at a nearby GameStop. This situation is frustrating considering my loyalty as a customer for many years.

I pre-ordered Persona 5 Royal a month ago from a store in Washington that has closed due to COVID-19. After a frustrating 2-hour wait on hold with customer service, they hung up on me without resolving my issue. I understand the closures but am disappointed that I cannot pick up my game. I received an email about Resident Evil 3 Remake delivery but not for Persona. How can I collect my pre-ordered games when all local stores are closed? I am eagerly awaiting an official solution to ensure I receive my game.

Two days ago, I preordered a Nintendo Switch bundle and some games from G.S. The order initially went smoothly — I received my confirmation email and the payment was deducted from my account. However, about 24 hours later, my order was abruptly canceled without any explanation. I would have understood if they had simply sold out, but when I checked their website post-cancellation, the items were still in stock. As of today, they remain available after my order was canceled. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and transparency. Despite sending three emails and spending over 2.5 hours on hold, I have not received a refund or any response. I am at a loss for what steps to take next. Gamestop should either refund me promptly with a valid explanation or honor my order since the bundles are evidently still in stock on their website.

I've attempted to contact GameStop numerous times without success. Through email and multiple calls to the 1-[redacted] number, I've patiently waited on hold without any resolution. I am inquiring about a missing refund for a gift card that I never received. I placed an order for two games using two separate gift cards, swiftly canceled it to adjust the shipping speed, and was assured a refund via email with a new gift card number. Unfortunately, that email never arrived, leaving my gift card balance at zero. I am simply looking to receive the refunded amount so I can proceed with re-ordering the games.

I am requesting a refund for my recent purchase of five video games. I bought four games as part of a deal that offered two preorder games for free. I encountered difficulties creating an account on the GameStop website, so I had to proceed with the purchase as a guest. I would like a refund of $43 credited back to my account due to these issues. My experience with customer service was extremely frustrating, as I was on hold for 3 hours before being disconnected after waiting for 15 minutes. Despite receiving an email stating that my credit card was not charged, the $43 transaction still appears on my bank statement. I feel misled by GameStop's advertisement and am disappointed in the service provided. Kindly process my refund promptly to avoid further action. I reached out to UPS, but they couldn't locate the order; I need to submit a claim to GameStop. Despite waiting for over 3 hours, I haven't been able to contact GameStop. I preordered the deluxe version of Final Fantasy 7 for the PS4 on 11/28/19, by paying a $5 deposit. With the release approaching in two days, I want to know how to pay the balance and receive the game, either through delivery or pick up at GameStop. The website mentioned Delivery@Door, but when I tried to select the game, it showed as unavailable due to high demand. I pre-ordered the PS4 game Final Fantasy 7 remake a few months ago and have already paid for it in full. The game is set to be released tomorrow on April 10th, but due to the current situation with COVID-19, the GameStop store where I pre-ordered the game is closed. I'm unsure of how I can receive my physical copy now. Is there a way for me to have it mailed to my address instead?

I purchased a Nintendo Switch Lite from GameStop and upon receiving it, I encountered issues. The Switch is unable to play physical game cards or downloaded games. Nintendo advised me to seek a refund from GameStop. I have been attempting to reach GameStop to confirm that I will receive a full refund after returning the item, but haven't been successful in contacting them.

I need to return the Nintendo Switch Lite bundle in grey, including a screen protector, Animal Crossings game, and a $20 Eshop credit, to purchase the upcoming regular Switch bundle. I just wanted to pick up the game I bought online from the store nearby. The website offers this option to avoid exposure. However, after choosing store pickup, my item was still set to ship in 4 - 7 days. Waiting when the store's a 5-minute walk away doesn't make sense. Also, I've been on hold for over 2hrs for 2 consecutive days with no assistance. Disappointed and frustrated with Game Stop, I would rather shop online at Amazon or Best Buy. The lack of professionalism is astonishing. Customer service should mean supporting customers, not redirecting to online support. This bad experience has made me advise others to avoid online shopping at Game Stop. Prioritize your customers before losing them during Covid-19.

I purchased an Xbox One LVL 40 Black Headset with a $5 warranty on March 2nd from store [redacted] (Gamestop) in Louisville, KY. The headset cost me $37.08. Unfortunately, it stopped working, and I didn't receive a warranty sticker nor can I locate my receipt. I paid with a debit card, as shown on my bank statement.
