Buy the digital game on gamestops website ... I think its best to attach the emails I've sent to GameStop and their response*On ******* I purchased the digital witcher * game on gamestop...I received an email with my order confirmation * with which I was given the download code RJ***DAB. When the code is entered on GOG it tells me it has already been used.*When I contacted GOG they told me *"Unfortunately, the code was already redeemed on ****-**-** at **:** by another user. I will really suggest to quote the message to GameStop. They should give you a refund or a provide you with a new code."*How is it even possible for me to get a code that was already used?? I spent $** on the game with gamestop gift cards I had purchased. I have more gamestop gift cards I would like to use but not if this is how failed purchases are handled. I called the help number for gamestop and they told me to contact the game manufacturer to request a code? Seriously? The GOG staff was at least helpful even though they couldn't do anything. At least they tried and investigated my problem. So basically all I get from gamestop is I'm out my $** and have no game. So I need to purchase the game else where which means I'll be out more money. I am out $** from gift cards that I used to by a digital code from you that is useless. Are you really telling me that a company like GAMESTOP can't afford to credit or refund money spent on a useless code?? The least you can do is credit me the amount I spent. Once again I CAN'T USE YOUR DIGITL CODE. If you can't help can you forward this to someone who will???? *Please reply as soon as possible so I know if I need to take this further
The code seems to have already been used *and*** years ago
at this point I wasted $** in gamestop gift cards I would like a refund I purchased the game elsewhere
