I ordered a bunch of games on *****. They came in two shipments. The second one came today and all the games work except one. I think it was damages in shipping, there is a crack on the edge. Can I return just this one game or must I return the whole shipment? I'd also prefer replacement over refund if possible.

I called the customer service line and told the representative exactly what I said here. I had to confirm my adress, and email, and they're sending me a new copy, I don't have to return the old one either. Very helpful!
