Last week I went to gamestop to buy a nintendo switch and * games (Super Mario Party and Pre-Ordered Smash Ultimate). I put in my card to pay for the items and the gamestop store system said that the transaction didn't go through, but my money was still taken out of my bank account and went through with the transaction. So I went into the store two days later (after the transaction was processed) and the manager said that corporate found the transaction and will be issuing me a refund and that corporate will be contacting me about it on Monday *****. I still have not heard from corporate and just really want my refund back. How can I contact corporate about my refund? I want my refund issued by the end of this week.
