Hi there, we bought an Xbox headset ******** with the extra warranty sticker ( not sure what’s it is called) unfortunately, my son left bag in at with sticker and receipt and someone broke into car and took. Fortunately, headphones were not in bsg, but unfortunately the microphone on headset isn’t working. I have my card statement ( son had a gift card for $**) and I paid difference with my card- is there anything that can be done? I would greatly appreciate if you would let me know. Have a very unhappy son.
