ive tired reaching out to y'all many times. For such a big and old company yalls customer service is poor. I order a ps* controller on thanksgiving.. its been * weeks and i haven't even gotten a email confirmation for my order, but yall sure as **** were quick to take ** dollars out of my bank account. ive been on hold twice for over * hours both times. ive sent * emails and ive even sent yalls "customer service" twitter some messages hoping yall will reach out to me. i dont want a refund. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY CONTROLLER IS!!!!!!!!!!!
