GameStop's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-rikks a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I ordered a Xbox one S *t & * wireless controllers. I got a email with confirmation number. Then later I got a email saying it was canceled and if I didn't cancel it to check with my bank bc it there was a issue with the bank. I didn't cancel nor did you EVER try to put my card through. I called my bank and there is no issue and have nothing from you. So for the past * days my son and I have been trying to reach you via * phone numbers and have been on hold for a hour and no one answers. I've emailed you people and called many many times only to never hear from you. Every Christmas I do big business with you and my grown kids all have accounts with rewards programs. *This way if business is horrible. Even your stores say your ridiculous!!
GetHuman-rikks did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
