I ordered a PlayStation Plus * year membership on *****. I was billed on ***** and each time I look up the order it says processing and that I have not been billed yet. Now my membership has expired because I was not expecting a digital code to take over a week to get. I also received a download instruction email that says the same thing. My order number is **Order Date: **-**-*****Order *: *****************Ordered by: Jeremiah Parks*Item(s) Ready For Download:*PlayStation Plus * Year Membership**I just want my code and possible store credit for this huge inconvenience. I love Gamestop and support the company. I could of gotten the same thing for the same price anywhere else but I chose Gamestop. Please make this right. Thank you
