I ordered a Thrustmaster T** Ferrari *** GTB Edition Racing Wheel * days ago, and though the website guarantees ** hour processing, the status is still set at "processing." I sat on hold waiting to inquire for about a half hour with no luck. There is no chat feature, and their website is not particularly customer-friendly. This is my first (and probably last, now) interaction with gamestop.com. They're not making a very good impression.
GetHuman-massdelu did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
