I bought a * month Xbox live gold card online on cyber Monday (**********) and got the confirmation email that night, giving me the order number, and it said you purchase is confirmed, you will get a separate email with the code and instructions on how to use it. It is now Thursday (**********) and i have not gotten the email with the code. I have been on hold with them on Wednesday night till after the customer service closed, and tonight for an hour. I would like to know how long it usually take to receive the code, if this is only an issue because of cyber Monday, if I will even ever get an email with the code, and if they did send the email with the code, that they would send it again to the email that they would email me at.
GetHuman-mudderj did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
