I made an order on ** Nov (order number ****************) for the "Red Dead Redemption * PS* Pro with $** gift card" bundle. **On ** Nov I received an email saying that there was a problem processing my payment. I checked with my bank and found that my credit card had insufficient available credit to pay for the purchase. So I paid my credit card so that I had enough available credit, and responded to Gamestop's email as they instructed, marking the issue as "RESOLVED". **I then didn't hear from Gamestop for two days. On Nov ** I received an email from "Eduardo M. C******" saying "your order is temporary on hold (scheduled)* that means, we have issues processing your payment". It wasn't clear to me if this was referring to the original problem, or a new problem since I attempted to resolve it. I replied asking for clarification but I received no response.**On ** Nov Gamestop emailed me saying that my entire order was cancelled and that I should reorder online with a different payment method. However, I can't do that because the bundle is no longer available.**I would like to complete my order with an alternative payment method. Could you help me do that please?**I have called the Gamestop customer helpline several times but I never get through to someone who can help me (have waited for over an hour).**Thank you.
