Didn't receive receipt or shipping info for my order. Talked to val employee *c****** then to supervisor Mark. I was told I would receive this info via email. By Monday which was yesterday. Called and spoke to employee c****** yesterday. The call got disconnected and even though he took my call back info he never called back.
First I was told they couldn't find my order buy my money is still being held up on this transaction preventing me from our having this item else where. Then I was guaranteed by a supervisor, Mark, that I would receive my items, no problem and that I would receive an email by yesterday with my purchase receipt and shipping info. Never received am email. Then had to call again totally about * hrs spent on hold. Only to be disconnected mid call and the employee didn't call me back even though he asked for call back contact info at the beginning of the call. I have been calling again today and still haven't been able to get through due to high call volume.
I would like my products and purchase info as promised. Especially since they have held my money this whole time and all of these items are now sold out of other stores in my area.
