On Weds. ********** I purchased a nintendo switch console with Mario cart preinstalled and a $** gamestop gift card. I received an order number but did not receive and email like it said it would send.*When I checked order history nothing was there.*Order * *****************Gamestop took so long to process my order that on Thursday, my bank put a stop on my card. I called my bank and emailed Resolved to gamestop like I was instructed to within ** hours. I called to talk to someone so that there was no confusion...I still wanted the console with Mario cart and the $** giftcard. After waiting an hour for anyone to pick up...I was told that my order would be processed. This was on Friday. No payment was taken from my bank and no shipment had been sent. At one point my order was open....and now it says it's closed which means my items have been shipped. Yet the console and gift card were not shipped. *It is now Monday ***** and it's been over * hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone so I can find out the status of my purchase. **I want my switch console with Mariocart deluxe installed along with my $** giftcard to be sent.**I am very frustrated and out of patience. As a single mom- teacher- I don't have time to waste waiting over * hours for someone to pick up. **Every other purchase I have made went through NO PROBLEM. *My bank is aware I want this purchase so I'm not sure why after * days I still have no response - no tracking info -*Nothing. **This console is the one big gift for my kids and I'm new to gamestop. This is not a very good impression. **I have never cancelled my order and don't intend to. **Please figure out the hold up of my order and ship it as quickly as possible. **I need email confirmation that this problem has been resolved and I receive the products I purchased. It's a $*** purchase...**Please let me know specifically the timeline I can expect.*Still waiting on the phone. *Going on * hours and ** minutes.**Thank you in advance for looking into this matter. **Laura Wambach
