We went into GameStop on November **, **** at ***** N lake pleasant Pkwy Peoria az *****. First I want to start off by saying that we were completely dissatisfied. We got greeted the second we walked in but couldn’t find a worker to help us out at all after that. There was * workers, * at the registers and one just putting stickers on games. When we tried to get some help on the floor that was a no go. We ended up happening to wait in line for ** minutes to get our questions answered. Before we could get our question completely out we pretty much got told we were liars about having the game God of War in our hands. That made us a little angry. The one who checked us out with this nasty attitude was Nicole Associate ID ******. When we asked her about the Black Friday sale being from November **-** and for them to not have anything in stock that we wanted we got a smart comment back instead. We got told that if we didn’t like it to take it up with the store she works for and that she didn’t really care to try to explain it to us. What we are confused about, is the Black Friday sale says from Black Friday to November **. Not anywhere on the displays does it say in store only not does it say first come first serve for the PS* bundle and the game God of War. Not once do the displays say limited anount only. We tried to ask if we could get the pre owned game for the same price, $** that was for the brand new ones. Again we got nothing but a ****** attitude. We are not going to pay $** for a preowned game when we can get it brand new for $**. Also, we are very upset at the stores adversiting that was displayed in this store. If you have a sale saying from Black Friday to Nov. ** we should be able to get the game for that price until that end date, no matter if it’s in stock or not in stock. The advertisements do not state anywhere that it’s a limited amount and once sold out they are sold out. Even when asked the Reps could not show us where that was listed. The only thing listed was * limit per customer. So if the deal is from those exact dates the store should have been prepared enough and stocked enough with the games and console to be offered through the dates listed. Thank you for listening to our concerns and hope to hear back from you. With my boyfriend really enjoying to go into GameStop’s we would like to keep our services there but as of now we are really disappointed and no looking to go back anytime soon. *Thank you *Gabi Allgood
