I would like to either have the item actually shipped or order cancelled. ... Ordered Fallout ** Power Armor edition as preorder in June. REceived notification it shipped *******, expected delivery ********, credit card was charged. Never received item. Tracking number is "label created" only. Can't cancel the order as it is "closed" in their system. Can't get a response from email or phone customer service after * emails and * phone calls (on hold for total of *.* hours so far). Did once get a person on the phone who stated the package was "lost" but the confirmation she gave me didn't match anything in their system, so I'm stuck at square one again. She was very confused and did not resolve my issue. This was after asking to speak to the supervisor.**I would like to either have the item actually shipped or order cancelled.
