The issue in GetHuman-clbme's own words
I ordered * separate orders through gamestop.com last night. Both were similar in amount. I recieved an email telling me: 'Our records indicate that you recently placed order number **************** with us at GameStop.com or EBgames.com. Thank you for your business. *Our system was unable to process your order as your payment was declined by your credit card company. Please contact your credit card issuing bank to resolve the issue or update your payment information.' I followed the directions in the email but there is only one transaction listed on my credit card and it doesnt match either order I made. I am desperate to know that this order went through
GetHuman-clbme did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
