I bought a game on ********. Returned it the next day. The seal sticker was still on it, but I only got $** after trading in two fairly new video games and you guys kept the Brand new game I returned, and took my $**. I pretty much gave you guys money and my games and I lost everything. I did go over your return policy and it said I can return and opened merchandise within * or ** days with a receipt. The main problem I have with this is you guys took my games and my money. I’m negative in this current transaction. All I would like is my difference of my money back that I paid.
